• Morton screens are made from an 18mm solid core with steel reinforced foot slots for additional strength.
• The acoustic screens are covered with a 12mm fire retardant foam.
• The Acoustic screens have been acoustically tested to NIC 21 with exceptional dampening through the audio range, with a strong and elegant aluminium frame finished in various colours.
• Morton screens comes with 2 feet slots at the bottom of the screen to allow for the stabilising feet.
• Flammability of fabric - Ignition sources 0 & 1, BS476 Part 7 Class 1 & BS EN 1021-1; 1994 (cigarette)
• Paintwork available in either Black or Silver finish.
• Available in a choice of 18 Standard Fabric Colours
• The Morton screen comes with two feet slots at the bottom of the screen to allow for the stabilising feet.

Morton Office Partition Screens
The Morton range of screens has a powder coated aluminium frame, which is exceptionally stylish and elegant providing a sleek look to any environment. The main feature of the Morton range is it's acoustic qualities which absorbs sound any situation, common uses are to segregate meeting rooms, consultation rooms and between desks in a noisy environment i.e. call centres
This range is manufactured using an 18mm solid core covered in 12mm fire retardant foam either side, and also has metal plates either side of the foot slots on the internal core to prevent the feet from piercing the fabric on the outer layer
Both the Morton and Budget screens have 3 types of feet available, the Stabilising or Button feet come free of charge with the screens, if you require lockable castor feet on either range they are available at a small additional charge, which are perfect if the screens need to be moved on a regular basis.
The stabilising feet are low profile reducing any hindrance for example in corridors. You are able to use button feet if your screens are self-supporting and positioned in a 90-degree angle or using one of our wall linking battens.
Both ranges come complete with a free of charge 2 way linking strip making it easy to link your screens together, you may also want to link 3 and 4 screens together from a centre point, this can also quite easily be achieved using the 3 & 4 way link strips.
As manufactures we are able to help customers with their bespoke requirements by producing special sized Partition screens to meet their specific needs. We manufacture at our site in Peterborough so we can keep our costs very low and competitive passing on trade prices straight to you the end user

Delivery Dates:
Rap's Products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible. In the situation when an order has been placed and the quoted lead-time cannot be met an email will be sent advising the new delivery date.
Should the new quoted delivery time not be acceptable the customer has the option to either choose another product or cancel the product from the order and receive a full refund.
Damaged goods:All goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing to Rap within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing of the carrier’s delivery note “unchecked” does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition.

We have had our Morton Acoustic Screens tested by the Sound Research Laboratories Limited. The Acoustic tests were carried out by SRL's Laboratory at Holbrook House, Sudbury, Suffolk. to determine the sound absorption of our Morton Acoustic office partition screens in accordance with BS EN ISO 354:2003.
From these measurements the required results have been derived and are presented in both tabular and graphic form in Data Sheet 1.
The acoustic office screen test results are given in 1/3rd octave bands over the frequency range 50Hz to 10kH, which is beyond that required by the test standard. Measurements outside the standard frequency range are not UKAS accredited.
