Delivery Charges

We are able to offer a worldwide delivery service on a large selection of our products, please contact our experience customer service team on 01733 394941 for more information on pricing and lead times.
Due to the size of some of Rap's products when you are ordering more than a couple of items the carriage charges can work out expensive, please contact us so we can look at other delivery methods to meet your individual requirements.
Collection Service
Rap Industries Limited also offer a collection service from our premises in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. We are open for collections from 09.00 - 16.00 Monday - Friday, should you wish to collect your items please call our customer service team to place your order on 01733 394941
Delivery Schedule
Products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible. In the situation when an order has been placed and the quoted lead-time cannot be met an email will be sent advising the new delivery date. Should the new quoted delivery time not be acceptable the customer has the option to either choose another product or cancel the product from the order and receive a full refund.
